The Pandemic has had a profound impact on the senior care landscape. Family caregivers who have been working from home may be returning to the office. There is a shortage of health care workers at assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and home care agencies. Admission requirements are rapidly changing and bed availability is limited.
